A little giving. A little gathering. A lot to be grateful for.

Join us at Pier 70 for a day of local finds, live music, seasonal treats, and neighborhood connection. Explore Building 12, meet the businesses and creatives who call it home, and shop at MAUM’s Friends & Family Flea Market with 40+ local vendors selling vintage, art, clothing, home goods, food, and more popping up outside on 22nd Street.

Make a day of it:

  • Shop small: Discover art, vintage, clothing, home goods, and more at the Flea market on 22nd.
  • Gather together: Enjoy tenant specials, fall flavors, pumpkin decorating, and padel.
  • Share some gratitude: Leave a note on our community gratitude wall or write a letter to someone who deserves a little appreciation.
  • Give back: Shop Dogpatch hats, with all proceeds benefiting the Minnesota Street Project Foundation.

A glimpse at some participating tenant offerings – more added daily:

  • Breadbelly: Apple cider tastings, seasonal bites, and fall menu features, including a complimentary pastry for the first 25 attendees.
  • Marbled Mint: Seasonal bouquets, bloom bar of fresh and dried florals, fall wreaths, and a pumpkin-decorating station (while supplies last). 
  • Standard Deviant: Local beer pours and tastings.
  • Bay Padel: Celebrate the newly opened outdoor space with open court play and round-robin tournaments.
  • 3rd Street Creative: A paperworks Station: A free, drop-in paper-making station with artist Pat O’Connor; Guided Letter Writing: A free, drop-in station with artist Darcy Lee; Self-Portrait Class: A separate, ticketed event (5:00–7:30 PM) tickets here.
  • Scuderia: Calling all motorcycle enthusiasts! Scuderia is hosting a motorcycle swap meet featuring vendors offering a mix of new and used motorcycle parts, riding gear, memorabilia, and more. Stop by the outdoor marketplace in front of the Scuderia, next to the Flea market to browse unique finds, connect with fellow riders, and discover something new!
  • Brass Wrists Pop-Up: A community arm-wrestling pop-up featuring demonstrations, instruction, optional guided rounds, and a tournament.
