Pier 70’s flexible entitlements allow for a phased growth strategy designed to meet the evolving needs of our tenants. With massive floorplates ranging from 70,000-85,000 RSF in size, these buildings can accommodate a range of uses and will provide tenants the unique opportunity of waterfront connectivity with ample surrounding open space. Phase 2 and Phase 3 office buildings are currently early in conceptual design phase, more information is available upon request.
